When he developed this flavor, Chef Ed says he was going for the taste of rich, tangy cheddar and smoky, savory bacon - one of the most awesome flavor combinations of all time! Of course, we didn’t use any bacon in our Country Smokehouse Cheddar Popcorn, but the flavor is there, thanks to an amazing natural smoke flavor.
