How can I find out the status of my order?
Click the My Account link located at the top right corner of this webpage. You may be prompted to log in. From this page, you will be able to view a list of recent orders. Online access to order status and tracking numbers is coming soon.

What If I'm not satisfied with my order?
We guarantee that you will love our popcorn, or your money back. Period. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any item from Dale and Thomas Popcorn, please click here to send us an email. We will make it right with a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange, or refund (your choice).

Can I order if I live outside the United States?
If you live in Canada and wish to ship a gift within the continental United States, we will be happy to take your order.
Unfortunately, we currently are unable to ship outside the continental United States. We want your popcorn to arrive crunchy and delicious, and we cannot guarantee that it will live up to our highest quality standards if it is shipped long distances.

If I have a promotion code, where do I enter it for my discount?
In the shopping cart, you will see a box labeled “Promotion Code.” This is where you enter your code. You must click the "Apply to Order" button for any discounts or adjustments to be made to your order.
Please note, only one promotion code or promotion gift card may be applied per order.

What happens if I order a product, and the price was incorrect on your website?
Unfortunately, mistakes can happen (rarely, we hope!). If a price is listed incorrectly on our website, we will charge you the correct price.

I have a promotional gift card. How do I redeem it?
You may redeem your promotional gift card by entering the 17-digit number printed on the back of the card in the promotion code box at the Shopping Cart.
Please note that not all products on the Dale and Thomas website are eligible for this promotion. There is also a limit of one promotion code that may be used per order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PopClub Gift Cards and Dale and Thomas gift certificates.

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed at the time that your order is placed. If you select a future delivery date, your order will be billed to your credit card when you place the order.

What happens after I place an order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation right away. Please save this in case you have any questions later. You will receive a second email when your order ships. Orders will ship within 1 business day.
The exception is any order placed with a future delivery date of your choice. In that case, your order will ship in time to arrive during your specified delivery week, and you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that it has shipped.
