1. How can I find out the status of my order?

Click the My Account link located at the top right corner of this webpage. You may be prompted to log in. From this page, you will be able to view a list of recent orders.  Online access to order status and tracking numbers is coming soon.

2. Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
3. Can I change the delivery date of my order after it is placed?
Once your order is placed, we will not be able to change the delivery date, even if you specified a delivery date in the future.
4. Why did I get charged Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to New Jersey. Sales Tax is applied to both the merchandise and shipping totals.
5. Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your site? Is it secure?

6. If I have a promotion code, where do I enter it for my discount?

In the shopping cart, you will see a box labeled “Promotion Code.” This is where you enter your code. You must click the "Apply to Order" button for any discounts or adjustments to be made to your order.

Please note, only one promotion code or promotion gift card may be applied per order.

7. How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge $9.95 per item for our Standard Shipping, which is UPS Ground. 

From May through September, we have special shipping rules around our chocolate popcorn gifts. (We want them to arrive fresh and crunchy, not melted and soggy!)  Gifts containing chocolate popcorn are required to ship UPS 2nd Day (or faster) and will only ship Monday - Wednesday for delivery Wednesday - Friday.  For a Tuesday delivery date, you must select UPS Next Day shipping.  We also provide Saturday Delivery services.

8. How do I keep my popcorn fresh?

Following are some recommendations for helping to extend your popcorn's freshness:

  • Do not open the package until you are ready to eat it.
  • Do not expose the product to adverse weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow, etc.).
  • Once opened, store popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • Do not refrigerate, reheat or microwave any of our products. Generally, our popcorn will remain fresh about 60 days in the right environment (away from humidity and heat).
