Program Terms & Conditions

Under The PopClub Program, one point (“Kernel”) is earned for each dollar in qualifying merchandise purchase transactions posted to your account, via the catalog (at 1-800-767-4444), online (at daleandthomas.com) or in a Dale and Thomas Popcorn retail store.  Kernels will only be earned when you present your The PopClub card or key fob at the time you make your purchase or input the number found on your Loyalty Card online.  Kernels are not earned on sales tax nor shipping.  You can check your The PopClub program kernel balance online at www.daleandthomaspopcorn.com , www.thepopclub.com, or by calling The PopClub Rewards Center at 1-800-767-4444.  Most kernels will post to your The PopClub program account daily. Certain activities may take up to 4 weeks to post kernels to allow for adequate account processing time. Once enrolled in The PopClub, you begin to accrue kernels on all eligible products you purchase directly from Dale and Thomas Popcorn.  Kernels will not be earned on stored value refill purchases.  Kernels will not be retroactively issued.  Subject to certain conditions and exclusions, you’ll earn kernels for all qualifying activities specified in The PopClub Program Rules.  The PopClub may also award you one or more additional bonus kernels at Dale and Thomas Popcorn’s discretion in connection with certain transactions and/or promotions.  Kernel discrepancies must be brought to The PopClub customer service attention promptly but in no event later than 60 days from the date the transaction is posted to your account for which an adjustment is sought.  Otherwise, kernels earned will be deemed accurate and you will have waived all claims for adjustment. 

Point earnings include, but are not limited to:

The minimum amount of kernels you can redeem is 100 for a $5.00 credit toward purchase in store, online, or by calling 1-800-767-4444.  Conversions can only be made in 100 kernel increments and must be initiated by The PopClub member.  Dale and Thomas Popcorn will not automatically convert kernels to credit.  Only The PopClub member may redeem kernels and solely from his/her account (online, by phone or in-store).  You must present your The PopClub membership card to redeem for your monetary reward.  Key fobs cannot be utilized to redeem for dollars, only to earn kernels.  Kernels are not transferable and kernels from multiple The PopClub program accounts cannot be combined.  The maximum number of kernels you may redeem will be the number of kernels listed on The PopClub website in 100 point increments.  Dale and Thomas Popcorn reserves the right to disqualify any person and/or account from participation in The PopClub, refuse to award or redeem kernels, or close your account if, in its sole judgment, your The PopClub account is not in good standing or fraud of any kind has been committed.  Kernels will expire at the end of the 13^th month after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.  Inactivity is defined as no earn or redemptions of kernels in the aforementioned specified timeframe.  A fee of $1 per month will be assessed on gift cards/stored value cards after 24 months of inactivity.  Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Dale and Thomas Popcorn reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate The PopClub program, in whole or in part, at any time.  Dale and Thomas Popcorn may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, change or limit any aspect of the program and its rules.  Redeemed rewards of kernels and/or dollars cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or replaced for cash, kernels, or other rewards.  Gift Cards/Stored Value cards and other such vouchers are governed by the specific rules, conditions and expiration dates and are subject to change without notice.  All brand names are the marks and property of Dale and Thomas Popcorn and are used with permission.  Rewards described within are provided solely by Dale and Thomas Popcorn.  The PopClub is administered by a third-party service provider.  Employees of Dale and Thomas Popcorn, its affiliates including store employees or agents and its rewards provider are not eligible to participate in The PopClub program.  The Rewards Program is subject to all terms and conditions of The PopClub Program Rules, which was provided with your Enrollment and is also available online at www.daleandthomas.com.
