"A Popcorn Chef?"
Hi, my name is Ed Doyle, popcorn chef at Dale and Thomas Popcorn. Now, I know what you’re thinking: "What is a popcorn chef, and why does popcorn need a chef anyway?" Well, let me explain a few things to you.
I am a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. And even though I worked in some very hip, cosmopolitan restaurants, I really wasn’t fulfilled. I wanted to do something different. But what?
